This is all you have to do to have free use of our speaker system and video projector (or both!):

1. Reserve us for your party for at least 3.5 hours of Photo Booth with an add-on service (balloons, luggage tags, or brick keychains) and request for our speakers and/or projector.
2. That’s it!

We figure that we’re coming to your party any way, so if you are in need of speakers just use ours! These are high quality speakers and they sound pretty good. That’s not all. We set these speakers up before we set up anything else, so if you have us reserved from 1:oopm – 4:00pm, the speakers can be on from about 12:40pm – 4:20pm (since it takes us about 20 minutes to set up and break down the Photo Booth). Speakers will also come with a microphone and stand for you to use. While this is an absolutely free service we do ask a few things:

1. You bring your own music in the form of any phone or mp3 player with a standard headphone jack. You’re responsible for your own music, so keep it clean.
2. This is intended for background music and general announcements. It can also accommodate smaller/softer instruments and even singing. Please do not use it on maximum volume or with a full rock band. Please let us know about your plans beforehand.
3. These are 300 watt speakers. Be sure your venue has enough power. We will not run these off a generator.
4. At the end of our reserved time the speakers will be taken down (after we have packed away our other equipment). If you’d like use of them for a longer duration, please reserve our services for the appropriate length of time.
5. You must inform us that you would like the speakers before hand or we will not bring them.
6. If you know your venue provides this equipment please do not request for the item.
7. This is an absolutely free service. There is no discount for not accepting it.

For our projector, please meet the following requirements:

1. Provide a sturdy table to put this on.
2. Have the appropriate cords or adapters. We will provide you with a standard PC VGA cord. Be sure your computer is compatible. You can run the sound from your computer to our speakers if you have reserved both of them. Your venue must accommodate them being within 20 feet of each other.
3. This is intended for a brief photo slideshow or movie no longer than 30 minutes.
4. At this time we do not have a screen. You can provide your own screen or use a white wall.
5. If you know your venue provides this equipment please do not request for the item.
6. This is an absolutely free service. There is no discount for not accepting it.
